{"id":3872,"date":"2026-04-28T21:01:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T21:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chivilcoyadiario.com.ar\/?p=3872"},"modified":"2026-04-28T21:01:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T21:01:38","slug":"allanamiento-en-chivilcoy-detienen-a-una-mujer-con-cocaina-fraccionada-para-la-venta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/chivilcoyadiario.com.ar\/?p=3872","title":{"rendered":"Allanamiento en Chivilcoy: detienen a una mujer con coca\u00edna fraccionada para la venta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad de Chivilcoy, a cargo de N\u00e9stor Dabi, inform\u00f3 sobre un procedimiento realizado por la Subdelegaci\u00f3n de Investigaciones del Tr\u00e1fico de Drogas Il\u00edcitas que culmin\u00f3 con la detenci\u00f3n de una mujer y el secuestro de estupefacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo fue llevado adelante por personal especializado bajo la conducci\u00f3n del comisario Donato Rafael Pitetti, en conjunto con efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Comunal y la propia Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n se hab\u00eda iniciado en noviembre de 2024 a partir de un aporte an\u00f3nimo, con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFI N\u00b0 7 y el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 2 del Departamento Judicial de Mercedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El allanamiento se concret\u00f3 en una vivienda ubicada en la intersecci\u00f3n de calles 586 y General Rodr\u00edguez, donde se procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de la moradora, identificada como Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Tolosa, de 32 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el procedimiento, los efectivos incautaron 26 envoltorios de coca\u00edna listos para su comercializaci\u00f3n, seis tel\u00e9fonos celulares, recortes de nylon y otros elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa. Tras realizar el test orientativo y el pesaje correspondiente, se determin\u00f3 un total de 24,2 gramos de sustancia entre contenido y envoltorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detenida qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia, imputada por el delito de tenencia de estupefacientes con fines de comercializaci\u00f3n, en infracci\u00f3n a la Ley 23.737.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el \u00e1rea de Seguridad destacaron nuevamente la importancia de las denuncias an\u00f3nimas de los vecinos, que permiten avanzar en la desarticulaci\u00f3n de
